3.Under the condition that the bending of aluminum profiles is not allowed, should consider choosing other hardness states of aluminum profiles, such as To ～ T4; under normal circumstances, the elongation of aluminum profiles (6063) can reach 20% ～ 28%;

4.In short, the requirements for the elongation of aluminum profile in bending should be based on the specific design requirements and material selection (geometry, wall thickness, degree of cavity closure, bending symmetry, tensile strength, etc.) determine.
