Here are the steps of aluminum formwork system assembly:

1. Clean the formwork profiles, and apply the release agent on the form of the formwork before assembly;

2. Use the outer corner plate to secure both sides outer wall plate, the accessory is wedge and pin;

3. Assembly inner wallboard from the inner corner of the wall in the initial stage, fix the inner corner of the wall and inner wall board with pin and wedge, and control the balance with the slide;

4. Repeat step 3, and complete the assembly work of the inner aluminum formwork and outer wall board;

5. Assemble the floor corner, then assemble from the corner with the pin and wedge;

6. Assemble the floor panel, first assemble 1 piece or 2 pieces of floor panel which are near to the inner corner, then assemble the upper beam support column and middle beam;

7. Repeat step 6, finish assembling all floor panels in order;

8. Record number and color, ensure the order and locations of formwork without a mistake when it applies to next floor assembly;

9. Make sure all pins and wedges are installed properly, fill the wall with concrete evenly, then lay floor panels.
