Honstar uses primary ingot of 99.7% purity to cast 6000 series aluminum billets for the production according to international standard. The quality of aluminum billets is guaranteed and improved by magnetic stirrer, spectrum analyzer, hydrogen degassing system, ultrasonic billet tester auxiliary equipment.
Advanced equipment is the base of high-quality products. Now, Honstar owns the extrusion presses ranging from 600T to 2000T, 2 sets of oxidized coloration lines, 2 sets of GEMA powder coating lines imported from Switzerland, 4 sets of 25 tons aluminum alloy melting furnaces, thermal break profiles production line, wood grain effect sublimation machine.
With the most advanced production lines of aluminum extrusion, oxidization, powder coating, and electrophoresis, as well as first-level equipment of mold, door and window machining, and aluminum profiles production, our products can meet high requirements from the customers and we got the trust and reputation in the domestic and overseas market.

Honstar is equipped with aluminum profile polishing machine, brushing machine and shot blasting machine, we can not only make general corrosion anodized colors, but also bright silver or gold colors in chemical polishing, like the perfect mirror effect, which can be used in the picture frame, shower enclosure, furniture and aluminum tile trim products.
